The first 24 hours went by fast! As expected, there were a few glitches but we hope most of them are worked out by now! When filling out a registration form PLEASE make sure your registration info matches your credit card billing info or the sale could get kicked out, or you might receive an error.
Moving forward, everyone who submits a registration SHOULD get a confirmation in the email you provided. If you don’t see it in your inbox check your junk or spam folder. If you sumbitted a registration prior to the fix and didn’t get one, let us know and we’ll do our best to get you a confirmation. rest assured, if you filled it out and were charged, we got it.
